Last Minute Non-Candy Easter Gift Ideas for Kids

Easter 2017 is less than two weeks away, and if you’re like me, you’re looking for clutter-free, non-candy gift ideas that you can get your hands on quick-quick-quick. Finding those things easily and affordable are bonuses!

Amazon to the rescue!

I apologize in advance for what probably sounds like an infomercial, but I seriously love Amazon and the ease of shopping there.

I love to shop Amazon for gift buying. With our Prime Membership, gifts are received within 2-3 days. They’re delivered in a nice, inconspicuous cardboard box, and my kids are non-the-wiser. And of course, the best part is that I don’t even have to leave my house. 🙂

Here are some of my favorite items available at Amazon and ready to be delivered to your door in 2-3 days.

Spring Clothing

I love to give my kids useful gifts, and Easter is a great time to give them spring clothes or shoes.

Dresses, shorts, sandals, swim suits, beach towels. Amazon has it all! I think this one is especially cute. 🙂

Spring Projects

As a homeschool mom, I’m always considering the educational value of a gift. Here are a few project-type gifts that look interesting enough to be given this Easter.

It’s been several years since we’ve done a butterfly garden, so it’s been on my list to do again soon.

AJ13 has been wanting to design her own fairy garden. I’m sure she’d love this cool collection of tiny things.

 Outdoor Fun

In an effort to encourage my little people to spend more time outside, some fun outdoor games would make good Easter gifts as well.

Volleyball, badminton, croquet, and corn hole are a few of our favorite outdoor games. Of course, a water sprinkler or slip & slide also make great warm-weather gifts.

 Art Supplies

We’ve all been enjoying our Artist Study and Art Lessons on Fridays, so new art supplies would be a welcome addition on Easter morning. Amazon has a large selection of art supplies at decent prices, and these days, I’m all about keeping life simple. The fact that I can have it delivered to my door seals the deal.

Drawing paper and pencils, canvases, paints and paintbrushes, Model Magic or Sculpey Clay… My kids would love to receive any of those as an Easter gift.

Personal Growth

Easter is the perfect time to give a gift that will encourage personal, spiritual growth. A new Bible, devotional book, or journal would make a great gift.
